Privacy Statement
Keeping you and your customer information private and secure has always been an important part of our responsibility to you.
The Bank works hard each and every day to protect your confidential customer information. We are pleased to
provide you with "Privacy: Information You Need To Know," which gives you, as our customer, details on our privacy policies,
along with required information. These provisions may change from time to time, and we will keep you informed of these changes
by providing this notice annually.
We encourage you to take an active part in safeguarding your personal information. Please keep your account numbers in a safe
place. Report any lost or stolen identification, credit cards and PIN numbers immediately. Never keep your PIN numbers with
your Pulse® Card, Visa® CheckCard, or credit cards. Make us aware of any address changes, so we can update bank
records. Never give personal information or account numbers over the phone if you feel uncomfortable, and always feel free to
call the Bank to verify any request we make of you.
We want to make you aware that the Bank is required to share information about you from time to time. The Fair
Credit Reporting Act requires us to share information with credit reporting agencies. However, through contracts we make sure
this shared information is kept private within this third party and is only used for the purpose in which it is intended.
